- We view MEWB as a very exciting investment. Above all, it is the people, solid growth and a shared vision for the future that brought us into close dialogue with the MEWB. Through a concrete project we have collaborated on, it was natural that we came closer together, which in turn ended in a constructive dialogue about possible ownership,” says Martin Bentzen, CEO of Klein Group.

Strengthens joint position

Johan Grenlund of MEWB justifies the collaboration as follows: - After working closely with Klein Group over the past year, we have developed a very good cooperation and found that we benefit greatly from each other's expertise. Bringing Klein Group in as owners of MEWB feels like a natural next step. The partnership with Klein Group strengthens our shared position for development in fintech, web3 and gaming, and we look forward to continuing the close collaboration and development of products together in these areas.

Technology studio with “passion”

MEWB is a technology studio with seven employees in Oslo. According to Grenlund, the employees have a shared passion for programming and product development. MEWB builds products and solutions in sectors such as industry, Fintech, Web3 and gaming and proactively keeps its customers updated on technological advances and new opportunities within its business areas. “Our experiences give us a unique advantage within the Web3 area, where we see more opportunities for innovation and development of new digital products,” says Grenlund.

Opening new doors

Bentzen emphasizes that MEWB is a hub for passionate software developers with a clear vision — to harness and develop their full potential as developers.

- This collaboration opens new doors for us to explore new areas, tackle more complex challenges and continue to deliver great solutions to our customers. MEWB will be a good partner in several areas of Klein Group's existing portfolio as well as new areas for the future, based on our fundamental vision for Web3, where democratization and community are central,” says Bentzen.
