Arcario AB, the listed parent company of crypto broker K33, is changing its name to K33 AB.
This is evidenced by an announcement of an extraordinary general meeting for Arcario on December 13. Arcario currently has roughly 20,000 shareholders.
The name change seems logical, as Torbjørn Bull Jenssen, CEO of both Arcario and K33, stated in a video interview with Kaupr a couple of weeks ago that Arcario has now pulled out of Bitcoin mining and various portfolio companies, focusing 100% on K33.
