GreenMerc grows by 84 percent in second quarter

GreenMerc AB has published its interim report for the second quarter of 2025. The second quarter of 2025 was another strong quarter for GreenMerc with strong revenue growth compared to the same period of the previous year.

GreenMerc is the parent company of the Swedish crypto exchange Trijo and Northcrypto in Finland.

“GreenMerc continues to show a stable and targeted development with a focus on both growth and profitability,” says CEO Arvid Børje Ramberg in connection with the results for the second quarter.
The day before the results presentation, GreenMerc discovered that its subsidiary Trijo had been subjected to unauthorized access to internal systems. See separate article.

Key figures second quarter

  • Trading volume amounted to SEK 149 million (SEK 89 million)
  • Net sales for the period amounted to SEK 5.55 million (SEK 3.01 million), an increase of 84% compared to the same period of the previous year
  • Gross profit amounted to SEK 6.2 million (SEK 3.82 million), an increase of 62% compared to the same period of the previous year
  • Operating profit before depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) amounted to SEK 1.13 million (SEK 1.48 million), a decrease of 24% compared to the same period of the previous year
  • The number of customers was 65,794 (27,523), of which 1,875 (2,354) were added during the quarter

  • Launching a Bitcoin strategy and establishing a long-term Bitcoin holding on the company's balance sheet
  • In partnership with Accumeo, Trijo is launching a service that allows investors to buy shares in unlisted companies -- ahead of any IPO.
